Shawn Baumgartner Biography

Originally from a small town in Northern California, Shawn’s worldview was shaped by international travel from a young age. These early journeys exposed her to the harsh realities of global poverty and the systemic challenges facing marginalized women and survivors of abuse.

Throughout her life, Shawn has dedicated herself to service and advocacy. In the Los Angeles community, she taught at numerous locations and junior colleges, mentoring young people in self-improvement, etiquette, and confidence-building. This work was deeply personal; by sharing her own journey of overcoming childhood trauma, she provided her students with a mirror of resilience and helped them identify the tools needed to build a better life.

Beyond her mentorship, Shawn is an active and dedicated donor to numerous charitable organizations, consistently investing in causes that uplift the vulnerable.
